One of the "Five Good Emperors". A Billon Tetradrachm ("four drachmas"), this coin would have been worth about four days' pay for a skilled laborer or soldier, or two days' pay for a sculptor. A Billon Tetradrachm would be made of silver and a base metal such as bronze or copper. The silver content was typically 10-30%.
